What secrets are hidden in Sarah’s Uncle and Aunt Tomorrow? What happened to the true violet? And who is the teenager that Didier and Angélica (Laëtitia Milot) passed off as their children for almost fifteen years?
At the heart of summer intrigue, tomorrow’s Little Sister Belongs to Us seeks answers to these questions in TF1’s daily soap opera. And nothing will be the same for Violet (Salome Benita), Sarah (Camille Genau), as well as Damien (Adrien Robb), who is suddenly connected to Reynaud’s secret.
Salome Benita talks about her unusual casting for the role of Violet
If this summer ark was clearly promoted around the special presence of Laëtitia Milot ( Plus belle la vie ) as a guest Angelique Reynaud, the young Salome Benita quickly established herself as one of the central faces of the episodes. Tomorrow belongs to us with this summer’s front page show.
Like most of her co-stars, Salome Benita joined the cast of the series through casting. The young woman had to audition to play the role of Violet Reynaud, but this first casting did not go as planned.
“I was very sick, I had a fever of 40. That’s why I couldn’t go to the casting in person”Violet’s interpreter explained Entertainment television. After turning down the chance, she opted for plan B and made the choice to send Tomorrow Belongs to the casting director.
“I shot the video with the help of my agent and my best friend”– continued Salome Benita at the microphone of our colleagues. “After a few weeks of waiting, my agent jokingly told me that we should redo the video for the call. I go to his house, but on the way, I get a congratulations from the casting director. When I go to my agent, I ask him if he was joking about me, and he replies: ” Oh crap, I wanted to surprise you!”.
Salome Benita appears in John Wick 4!
Studying at Cours Florentine and Studio Artifex, Salome Benita landed her first major screen role thanks to Tomorrow We Own. Before that, she appeared in several short films and several music videos, including Gimse’s “Après vous Madame”. But also in a very big American production with Keanu Reeves.
Violet’s translator in the TF1 series actually plays a very small role in John Wick: Chapter 4, which hit theaters last March. “I made a little secret appearance in it. It was very impressive”he told Télé Loisirs. “Together with one of my best friends, who is also an actor, we were offered small roles in a film. It was shot in Paris, in the Luxembourg gardens. There were 100 or 200 actors, I couldn’t say. (.. .) It was another world, we saw behind the scenes of Hollywood.”.
