“Marcelo called me and texted me to apologise. I know it wasn’t intentional. He said he felt bad and I learned he went to try and talk to me in the locker room. “I admired him as a player. And now I admire him as a person. I have nothing to complain about, he can be calm and I told him so” the defender said a few days after being injured. Remember the offer:
Due to his expulsion, Marcelo was suspended for three matches by Conmebol, as well as receiving a fine of approximately R $ 30,000. The full-back has already played one match, precisely against Argentino Juniors, and will miss Fluminense in the two matches against Olímpia-PAR, who eliminated Flamengo.
