Bajaj Argentina has announced the launch of the new Rouser. Under the concept of “Power and agility without limits”, this larger engine capacity model of the Rouser family offers a modern and agile proposition for fans of the brand and motorcycles in general.
In recent years, and in the face of an increasingly demanding public, comfort, character and robustness have become some of the most appreciated attributes by motorcyclists, regardless of their use.
In this line, the Moto Show 2023 was the scenario chosen by the Indian brand to announce the incorporation of the Rouser N250 in the portfolio of products available in the neighboring country, demonstrating Bajaj’s commitment to include new technologies in its products at an affordable cost for Argentines.
Attributes of the new Bajaj Rouser N250
The new design shows an evolution, with modern, sporty and muscular features. The new front light cluster is one of the highlights and now receives full LED technology.
The Bajaj Rouser N250 mounts smaller daytime running lights, but still above the dual-function main headlight which includes low beam and high beam.

At the rear, the headlight also has a new design, but not very different from what was already known in the previous generation with the two vertically positioned LED strips. The arrows also use LED technology and in a very minimalist format.
The instrumentation is completely new, while maintaining the already known philosophy, with a mixed panel. The analogue tachometer contains a large number of warning lights and a new digital display which includes information such as instant fuel consumption, range and speed. The bike also has a USB charging socket.
Motorisation
The new engine adapted to the latest anti-pollution standards of the Bajaj Rouser N250 has abandoned the classic 200 exhaust, giving life to a shorter side silencer.
This engine is a single cylinder DTS-I with twin spark plugs, SOHC, 2 valves and electronic fuel injection. Bajaj declares a power of 24.1 HP at 8,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 21.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The box has 5 gears.

Another update is the braking system which is no longer Bybre, but Grimeca, as advertised by the double piston front caliper. They have a 300mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear. ABS is dual channel.
The new frame is associated with a conventional 37 mm fork, while a single shock absorber is mounted directly on the rear swingarm.
The wheels retain the familiar design and tire sizes, 100/80-17 front and 130/70-17 rear. Finally, the technical data sheet indicates a total weight of 162 kg.
