“Thor 4”: Christian Bale’s Gorr scared the entire cast, says Chris Hemsworth

Famous Thor performer Chris Hemsworth took advantage of an interview Disney D23 to talk about the performance of his new stage partner, Christian Bale. According to the actor, Bale, who will play Gorr in “Thor: Love and Thunder” (or “Thor 4”), managed to scare everyone in the cast with just his presence.

“We were in our world of improvisation, comedy and fun – then he would come to the set and we would all look at each other and say, ‘Oh my God! [é] very scary, ‘”Hemsworth said, noting how” brilliant “the actor is.

The Marvel veteran also noted that while Bale’s own performance had that chilling effect, the Oscar-winning actor’s behavior was “totally normal” on set, which further loved the film’s crew.

“[Bale] it followed this grand line because it has to be terrifying, but it also has to work in the context of our colorful, agile and irreverent world, ”he added.

“Thor 4” will see the return not only of Hemsworth, but also of Tessa Thompson and director Taika Waititi. On another occasion, the director also drew attention to Bale’s performance, saying it was “terrific” and that the actor will likely be “one of the best villains Marvel has had in any of its films.”

Recently, a trailer revealed more of Bale’s appearance as the evil Gorr. The video shocked fans with the dark air and unrecognizable actor’s character (see here). It is worth mentioning that he played DC Comics’ Batman in the “Dark Knight” trilogy from 2005 to 2012, however, this will be the first time the actor will play a comic book villain, as well as being his debut in the Marvel Universe.

“Thor: Love and Thunder” will hit Brazilian theaters on July 7 this year, when we will also be able to draw our own conclusions on Christian Bale’s Gorr.
