The first film in the new trilogy of one of the most beloved horror franchises has earned another release date: The Exorcist: The Devout will now be released in US theaters on October 6, as announced by Jason Blum, president of Blumhouse.

It is worth noting that, , the premiere date remains the same, as the Swift feature will initially only be available in the United States. There is no theatrical release nationwide.
