After struggling and turning the match 2 sets to 0 in the third round against Laslo Djere, Novak Djokovic had it easier this Sunday night and qualified for the quarterfinals of the US Open.

The number two in the world, who will return to the top of the standings on the 11th, beat the Croatian Borna Gojo, 105th classified and out of the qualifiers, by 3 sets to 0, with partials of 6/2 7/5 6/ 4 after 2h25min of duration on Arthur Ashe Court.
