Will it be worth the wait?
With an honorable 100% critical rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the animated series Arcane is undoubtedly one of the best series on Netflix, even surpassing the recent The Last of Us when it comes to a video game adaptation for television: HBO Max. production got 96% good grades.
Based on the acclaimed game League of Legends, arcane it landed on every major attraction list of 2021 and was one of the biggest surprises of that year. It was difficult to predict in advance that the Netflix series would captivate so many viewers, but its animations, characters and gripping storyline made it possible.
Given its success, the series has been renewed for a second season and until now we did not know when this long-awaited chapter would be released. But not all is good news.
ARCANE SEASON 2 WILL NOT COME UNTIL LATE 2024
The first season of arcane was released almost two years ago and the wait probably won’t end anytime soon because sadly we will have to wait another year for the story to continue. As revealed at the Tencent Vidio V Vision 2024 conference, season 2 of the animated series will premiere on Netflix in winter 2024, between October and December.
