Bad news for fans of Tomorrow!
To mark the start of the Rugby World Cup this Friday 8th September, TF1 will be bringing you a special edition ahead of tonight’s opening match between France and New Zealand.
The first of a 48-match series in the most prestigious oval ball competition. Accordingly, the episode of Tomorrow Belongs To Us scheduled for this day has been canceled.
From 19:15, a special edition of JT will be presented by Anne-Claire Coudrey and Isabelle Iturburu live at the Stade de France, before the opening ceremony of this sporting event that promises to excite the whole world.
Two journalists dive into the heart of the event to experience the atmosphere of final preparations before the official start of the competition. They will be joined by big names in the Oval’s history with Christian Califano, Sébastien Chabal and Frédéric Michalak, former France internationals, but also Dan Carter, an All Blacks legend.
From 8 pm, viewers will be able to watch the opening ceremony of the 10th edition of the Rugby World Cup live. A ceremony orchestrated by Jean Dujardin.
Passionate about rugby, the 2012 Oscar-winning actor “The Artist” is accompanied by about thirty famous guests, such as singer Vian, actor Philippe Lachaux, star dancer Alyssa Renavandi and Adriana Karembeu.
The program will, of course, be followed by the shocking match between the French team and New Zealand at 21:05. Match commentary by Francois Trillo, Benjamin Kaiser and Christian Califano.
Fans of Tomorrow Belongs to Us will find their favorite characters on Monday, September 11 at 7:10 p.m. An opportunity to discover the disaster ark, in which part of Agnes Varda High School collapsed due to a terrible explosion.
