Netflix has released the second season teaser of “Cuphead – The Series”, which shows protagonists Xicrinho (Cuphead) and Caneco (Mugman) facing new dangers as they try to escape the Devil. The preview also explores several references to classic animations from the golden age of short films.
But the main highlight of the video is the introduction of a new character, which will be revealed earlier in the game “Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course”, which will debut on June 30th. This is the franchise’s first women’s cup, Ms. Chalice (Ms. Chalice), which is featured in the animated teaser.
The game adaptation “Cuphead” follows two anthropomorphic cups as they try to pay off a debt to the devil and win back their souls. The most interesting thing about the production is its appearance, totally inspired by the animations of the 1930s, in particular by the drawings of Rudolf Ising and Max Fleischer, which incorporated elements of horror and musical into the stories.
The developers of the attraction are the brothers Chad and Jared Moldenhauer, who are also the creators of the original game.
