Warning, spoilers. It is recommended to watch Top Boy season 3 before continuing reading this article.
It is one of the original Netflix series that has been revived by the platform. A huge hit with subscribers, Top Boy is a British thriller that caused a sensation when it aired in the early 2010s on Channel 4 in the UK.
Sadly canceled after two seasons, the gangster series was saved in 2019 thanks to Netflix and rapper Drake, who served as an executive producer. The platform then decided to dub the first two seasons of Top Boy Top Boy: Summer House and makes it a collection in its own right.
Then it renews the franchise with a completely new version and continues the adventures of Dushan Hill (Ashley Walters) and Gerald Sullivan (Kane Robinson), hungry for power and money, in a fictional neighborhood of East London, where the drug trade and gangs are legion. .
Based on the success of Top Boy, Netflix offered it three seasons, and the latest burst of episodes was posted online on September 7. This final chapter has been eagerly awaited as it will finally decide between the contenders for the throne of Summerhouse.
Top Boy’s ending left fans disappointed
Sully’s actions at the end of last season changed the cards for his business relationship with Dušan. The empire they built is threatened by both external and internal forces.
Can they live by the street rules they’ve always respected in a world that’s changing before their eyes? Or is there only room for one top guy at the top?
And we can say that the final season of Top Boy and its final resolution did not convince Netflix subscribers. Because the British series ends with a tragic end for its main characters.
Spoiler:
Indeed, Dušan and Sally are both dead at the end of the series. Dušan was killed by Sally while trying to escape with loot, and Sally was killed by an enemy whose identity is unknown. .
Judging by the reactions of the netizens, the result of Top Boy left the fans of the series disappointed. Some believe this third and final season ruined the series, while others regret waiting a year for such an ending. A small anthology of subscriber reactions.

#topboy #TopBoySeason3 Somewhat disappointing with this final season, the only message it sends is “this is just the beginning of eternity”. I still recommend the first two seasons which are perfectly written with a good cast that keeps you hooked! pic.twitter.com/fDxEn7twNE
