American ninja warrior is officially back for season 14 and the premiere alone was proof that the show has found new ways (with new obstacles) to challenge the best of the best competitors. Overcoming some obstacles is also a real feat, but 15-year-old Jacob “Guat Ninja” has his eyes on the warped wall in the exclusive clip for the next episode of American ninja warrior (seen above), which also reveals her heartwarming story in a Guatemalan orphanage and how she is now reciprocating. Look!
Season 14 of ANW kept last season’s rule change that allowed ninjas as young as 15 to try their hand at the full course, and Jacob Arnstein will be the youngest of the night in the second episode airing Monday, June 13 on NBC. His age hasn’t stopped him from making a big difference, not just standing out as ANW competitor, but also in fundraising for the Guatemalan orphanage he left when he was just 15 months old. There is certainly no better way for an aspirant ANW winner to raise money with his ninja course.
With friends and family in both the United States and Guatemala, how can we not wish Jacob Arnstein well by ringing the bell on top of the warped wall? However, it turns out that he didn’t need luck, as he had all the skills he needed after all his training (and experience in American Ninja Warrior: Junior).
He avoided The Serpent at Split Decision, which took out many ninjas in the season 14 premiere (which you can stream with a Peacock and / or Hulu subscription), and had no issues with the Domino effect. He slowed down a bit on the Piston Plunge, which no one else had passed before, but made it to the top of the Warped Wall. Congratulations to Guat Ninja for beating the wall and being the first to ring the bell in the second episode of season 14!
Jacob Arnstein is just further proof that lowering the age requirement to 15 has brought a new wave of contestants who are as adept at overcoming obstacles as adult ninjas. He is also one of the ninjas who will give their all in the second episode of season 14 as the playoffs continue. It’s hard to imagine that many people will beat their time, even if they are able to ring the bell, but it’s always wise to expect the unexpected when it comes to ANW. In fact, this is as true for ninjas trying new obstacles for the first time as it is for spectators at home.
Season 14 offered a historic run in the premiere with a teen breaking existing record as the youngest woman to ring the bell, and with contestants like superhero stunt Jessie Graff still on the way, there is clearly a lot to do. to expect. Watch the next full episode of American ninja warrior Monday, June 13 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC in the first TV time slot of 2022.
