“The ideal daily amount of protein is very individual. We use a table that goes from 1.8 to 2.6 g per kilo. So, generally nutritionists calculate it using this ratio, but it depends on a case by case basis. There are people who can ingest so much protein,” concludes Dr. Jacqueline.
