In Kaamelott, Leodagan appears from the first episode as Lionel Astie. Together with Arthur and Perseus, they hide from more numerous opponents and look for strategies to get out of this bad situation. We do not know that he is Arthur’s father because he is Guinevere’s father. Leodagan is married to Celi, Mrs. Cantanker.

Like his wife, Leodagan is cantor’s authoritarian and authoritarian. He is upset that Arthur does not treat his daughter Guinevere and does not give her to the heir to the British throne. He also worries that his son, Ivan, is not the fearless and blameless knight he hoped for.

First of all, Leodagan, a native of Carmelid, was pleased to be greeted at Caamelot, the seat of power of Brittany, and acted as one responsible for the defense of the kingdom of Logres. He loves ballistics and other weapons (as recalled in Camelot – Part 1), he has obsessive towers around the island against potential future invasions.

When Arthur left the throne, Leodagan was able to persuade his daughter, Queen Guinevere, to appoint him regent of the kingdom of Logers. Her coming to power will be short-lived as Mevanw, Karadok’s wife, destroys a legal act that will once again make her the legitimate queen. He will use the opportunity to name Karadochi Regent, but will be the real holder of power.
