After two months in theaters, Warner Bros. Pictures has released a limited version of “Barbie” in IMAX format, which can be seen in theaters for seven days, starting this Thursday (21).
In addition to having all the image assets provided by IMAX, fans will also have access to exclusive post-credits scenes.
The limited release of “Barbie” in IMAX and with exclusive post-credits scenes can be seen from September 21st to 28th. Check the cinema times in your city.

The success of “Barbie,” directed by Greta Gerwig, boosts its awards prospects. And Warner Bros. confirmed to Variety that the film will be promoted at the next edition of the Oscars in the best original screenplay category.
The film’s original (and creative) story has been one of the most acclaimed elements since it hit the big screen. That puts Gerwig and Noah Baumbach, who co-wrote the film, at the forefront of the original screenplay race, where films like Focus Features’ “The Holdovers” and A24’s “Past Lives” are also expected to compete for the statuette.
