Fresh from the adaptation of the hit graphic novel starring Charlize Theron the old guard, Netflix has announced a sequel. We now know that Uma Thurman and Henry Golding will be part of the cast. for the new movie

Gina Prince-Bythewood’s original film, based on the work of Greg Rucka and Leandro Fernandez, follows Andromache of Scythia, also known as “Andy” (Theron), who has existed since the 8th century BC Together with her immortal companions, she makes amends for past violence and tries to help people, with his team acting like secret superheroes who sometimes get their hands dirty. His presence is revealed just as a new immortal potential (KiKi Layne’s Nile) enters the scene and eventually joins the team.

At the end of the first film, Andy loses his immortality and discovers that his old friend Quynh (Veronica Ngo), whom he believed to be lost forever, had escaped after spending centuries locked up in a chest at the bottom of the ocean. , and more than that indicated a potential conflict against Andy, who also faces former comrade Booker (Matthias Schoenaerts), who was tired of doing good and turned to others.

Theron will be back together with Ngo, Layne, Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
