In relation to the last match of the Libertadores – the goalless draw against Deportivo Pereira, at Allianz Parque -, Abel Ferreira will once again be able to count on Gabriel Menino, suspended, and Luís Guilherme, recovered from a right thigh strain.
Atuesta, in the last phase of physical transition, traveled with the delegation but will not go to the match. On the other hand, Dudu is short and continues to recover from knee surgery.
On Boca’s side, coach Jorge Almirón – who is not used to repeating formations and tested different formations in training before the match against Alviverde – used a 4-4-2.
The Xeneize team is lined up with: Romero; Advíncula, Figal, Marcos Rojo and Fabra; Medina, Pol Fernández, Ezequiel Fernández and Barco; Merentiel and Cavani.
