The rental director of the Auxiliadora Predial real estate group, Mário César Soares, comments on this movement, since, given this profitability opportunity for owners, the challenge, instead, is to attract tenants to conclude new contracts. “We have noticed a great desire on the part of the owners to enhance the spaces of their properties. Previously advertised in a common way and without much highlighting, now the intention is to reawaken the desire by treating incredible properties with the attributes they offer. For the tenant it is the possibility of living in an apartment ready to move in and live in, for example, for a very regulated cost-benefit ratio in terms of values.”
A solution for those looking for these properties and for the owners who want to enhance every detail, from the balcony to the air conditioning, are the care carried out by real estate agencies. “Precisely to satisfy this need, specific property curations were created: a showcase that can highlight properties in good condition, which offer a lot of comfort and which are located in desirable neighborhoods. In this way the owner has new advertising topics, and the tenant sees creating value in the product that faces so many advantages,” adds Soares.
