The anniversary edition of the Saint Jean de Luz festival, which will take place from October 2 to 8, like every year, focuses heavily on first feature films, short films and previews of upcoming films.
One of the events will be the presentation of the first production of the favorite actor of the moment: Raphael Cuenard! He, who is currently a hit in Yannick in cinemas or Sentinelle on Prime Video, will release his first short, The Actor, in which he stars with Anthony Bajon. The movie is a sequel to Junkyard Dog, which was released on VOD-DVD.
On the jury side, it will be presided over by Agnes Jauy, who will also present a new film in which she stars with William Lebgill (also on the jury), La vie de ma Mère (closing film, out of competition). He will be accompanied by Guillaume de Tonquedec, Alison Parade, Sarah Succo and William Lebgill.
The opening film will be Les Rois de la piste, with Thierry Clifford, Fanny Ardan, Mathieu Kasowitz and Nicolas Duuchel.
