Prime Video: How to remove a movie or TV show from my current playlist

No more forcing yourself to finish a series only to see it disappear from your ‘continue watching’ section. In the following article, AlloCiné will teach you a simple and effective way to update your watchlists on Prime Video and thus decide whether you want to continue a given movie or series to the end.

As a reminder, Amazon’s streaming platform offers a lot of exclusive content, including the superhero series The Boys, Tom Clancy’s adaptation of the Jack Ryan novels, and even the Lord of the Rings prequel, The Rings of Power (the most expensive series ever produced).

To remove a program from your watchlist, nothing could be easier! All you have to do is first connect to the Prime Video app, or access the platform through a web browser. Click Home and scroll down your page to see Continue Watching.

To remove a movie or series from this section, just press your finger (on a mobile or tablet) or move the mouse over the program without clicking (via a browser) to see the “Hide” option. Prohibition sign form.

By clicking this option, the program in question will immediately disappear from your viewing list, but it will not be hidden forever, as you will still be able to find it from the Prime Video search tab.
