Without any experience, McCall accepts because he needs the money and discovers that he is an excellent blacksmith. Evan then discovers that his memories are the key to preventing the destruction of humanity.

Director Antoine Fuqua and screenwriter Ian Shore offer a film that has nothing to do with the work from which it comes. Written by D. Eric Maikranz, Papers of reincarnationists There is a 400+ page book adapted here into a 1h46 feature film, including credits. At this length, it’s hard to do the original material justice.

If Fuqua makes up for it in the action scenes, which are quite effectively staged, you have to admit that Infinite falls short especially with its plot, which starts off solid but ends up weighed down by inconsistencies and sequences borrowed from others. The Old Guard (nice on Netflix with Charlize Theron) or Inception. In the same genre as Infinite, we prefer The Tomorrow War with Chris Pratt, an original movie available on Amazon Prime.

The Razzie Awards, which annually recognize the worst in American cinema, saw fit to nominate Infinite three times, in the categories of Worst Picture, Worst Actor for Mark Wahlberg and Worst Supporting Actress for Sophie Cookson. AlloCiné viewers were not wrong, giving the feature film an average rating of 2.4 out of 5.

Is the movie worth watching a second time? Does it deserve its nomination at the annual worst ceremony? On your keyboards and your notes!
