ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, Moana: A Sea of Adventures and Blue Building Detectives 3 are some of the films chosen for the screening
In the final stretch of its 25th edition, the Rio Festivalpromotes free cinema sessions on Copabacana beach, between the 13th and 15th of October. In this edition of Outside cinemathe highlight is the display of ET: The Extraterrestrialdirector’s classic Steven Spielberg.
The sessions always take place at 6:30 pm and 8 pm, near Constante Ramos Street, and are free for all ages. Friday (13/10)
- 6:30 pm – Blue Building Detectives 3 – An Adventure at the End of the World (2022)

Synopsis: Upon finding the evil portion of a mysterious medallion in the wreckage of a plane, Severino becomes evil. It will be up to the Blue Building Detectives to go to Patagonia to find the benign half of the artifact and save their friend.

Synopsis: A boy makes friends with a being from another planet, who was left alone on Earth, protecting him in every way to prevent him from being captured and turned into a guinea pig. Gradually, a strong friendship emerges between the two.

Synopsis: Moana Waialiki is a brave young woman, the only daughter of the chief of a tribe in Oceania, coming from a long line of navigators. When the fishermen on her island fail to catch any fish and the crops fail, she discovers that the demigod Maui caused the plague by stealing the heart of the goddess Te Fiti. Enthusiastic about sea travel, the young woman finds herself wanting to discover more about her past and help the community, even if the family wants to protect Moana at any cost. So, she decides to go in search of her ancestors, inhabitants of a mythical island that no one knows where it is. The only way to heal the island is to persuade Maui to return Te Fiti’s heart, so Moana sets off on an epic journey across the Pacific. Moana begins her journey on the open sea, where she faces terrifying sea creatures and discovers stories of the underworld. The film is based on stories from Polynesian mythology.

Determined to put an end to the “competition”, Tony will do everything he can to ensure Beto doesn’t officially join the family.

After overcoming the initial crisis and scare, the warrior in Tarsilinha awakens and the skills to adapt and use her judgment come to the surface.

Synopsis: Andy’s birthday is coming up and the toys are nervous. After all, they fear that a new toy will replace them. Led by Woody, a cowboy who is also Andy’s favorite toy, they set up a bug that allows them to know about the gifts received. Among them is Buzz Lightyear, a space ranger doll, who soon begins to receive more attention from the boy. This gradually makes Woody jealous, who tries to make him fall behind the bed. But the plan goes wrong and Buzz falls out the window. It’s the beginning of Woody’s adventure, who also needs to rescue Buzz to clear his bar with the other toys.
