Ludo leaves Noema
After Sylvain confesses, Alex forces her to go to the police station and see the policeman in charge of the luxury watch theft case. So the young man appears before Lieutenant Cross and then assures him that he had nothing to do with this theft.
The next day, Ian reviews the investigation with Commissioner Becker. Since Sylvain gave Julie the same version, it shouldn’t be long before the latter is released.
Meanwhile, Ludo takes his courage in both hands and tells Noemi that he no longer has romantic feelings for her. A heavy blow to the young woman who mentions that they slept together the other day. Wanting to see if something was possible between them, Ludo admits he was wrong. However, Noemi is convinced that she has met someone and insists on knowing the truth. Uncomfortable, he then admits that he has reconnected with his ex. Enraged, Noemi insults him, then orders him to leave. Once alone, he burst into tears.
Afterwards, Ludo joins Jade and tells her that Sylvain spoke to the police. A relief for the young woman, who now hopes her best friend will be released quickly. Ludo also takes advantage of this discussion to tell her that she has given the all clear with Noem and that they will never get back together. Now that they are free to love each other, Jade kisses him passionately.
In turn, Noémie confides in Élodie about her romantic failures. And suffice it to say, the young farmer sees Ludo as a pervert. Unfortunately, he thinks that he will never be happy with anyone.
Prosecutor Bernier is going to lock down the whole city
Manu and Akim may have found something to prove that Obert is indeed the leader of the Buddha Blue Network. Searching the GPS data on Obert’s cell phone, police found he had taken the exact same route for several weeks to an abandoned warehouse outside the city. An ideal place to hide drugs.
On the other hand, Sophie Guerin, a journalist from France Bleu Hérault, meets prosecutor Bernier in the corridors of the court. When she tries to learn more about the ongoing investigation into Buddha Blue’s trafficking, the latter offers to accompany her to the field to witness a police operation.
Later, Captain Leon and his teams arrive at the hangar accompanied by Obert. According to the latter, it is only an agricultural shed that has not been used for a long time, but the prosecutor Bernier still gives an order to intervene. Obviously, the hangar is empty and the only box contains the blue Buddha statues.
In the face of this humiliation, Prosecutor Bernier does not hesitate to hold Commissioner Becker responsible for making him the laughing stock of the city.
After that search failed, authorities no longer have enough evidence to charge Obert, and Judge Alphand has no choice but to order his release. However, Prosecutor Bernier refuses. Convinced that Obert was taunting them from the start, he decides to extend his detention by 24 hours, while Becker pressures Carbona to take him down.
So Captain Leon questions Obert again, trying to figure out why Carbona accuses him of being the head of the network…
