“He plays his life in every scene…”: Nils Schneider and Ramsay Bedia marvel at Vincent Lyndon in D’Argent et de Sang on Canal+

Tonight, Monday 16 October 2023, Canal+ invites its subscribers to discover D’Argent et de Sang, its brand new original creation, from 21:09. Based on the investigative book of the same name written by Fabri Harf, the exciting twelve-episode series tells the incredible but very real story of…

An impressive cast for a crazy story

Here, we go back to 2008 and 2009, when a trader and two crooks teamed up to create a scam through financial market “carbon quotas”, originally intended to save the planet… Together they managed to pocket astronomical sums!

On screen, Vincent Lyndon plays the character of a private investigator (born from the imagination of Xavier Gianoli, who created the fiction of the event), methodically and tirelessly tracking down criminals.

The actor shares the poster of this project with Ivan Atal, Olga Kurylenko, David Ayala, Judith Chemla, Nils Schneider and Ramsay Bedia. Plus, what did the latter two (who play two members of the infernal trio of crooks) think of whoever plays their sworn enemy on screen?

“Vincent Lyndon is ultra loyal and hyper intense”

At the press conference, Nils Schneider and Ramzi Bedia sang the praises of Vincent Lyndon. The first one said:I had very few shots with him. To say he is a committed actor is an understatement! He plays his life on every stage!

Before the rally he says to you, “Are you alright Neil? Are you afraid?… Um, no, why? He replies: “I don’t know, I’m afraid!”He remembered with a laugh. He is ultra-committed, hyper-intense… it creates tension and concentration on stage. He is a very impressive actor with truth, alertness and intensity..”

Ramsay Bedya added:Before you turn around, you look over and see Xavier Giannoli saying ‘Action!’, then you turn around and play with Vincent Lyndon, who’s acting out his life… Well, don’t improvise!” A genuine expression of admiration for a partner.
