David and Deva leave

In the park, Billy congratulates David on turning Hippolyte upside down. Deva, on the contrary, accuses him of needlessly punishing his clients and endangering Lysandro’s future. Deva adds that she doesn’t understand how David can honestly want to improve at the gym if he’s ruining everything.

Meanwhile, Laetitia informs Lysander that Hippolytus’ misogynistic comments are unacceptable. Lisandro admits that he is going to discuss with her in person. But Laetitia had already warned Teissier. He sets out to help find a better replacement for her because he can’t stand the idea of ​​a macho man working at the institute.

In his office, Teissier confronts Hippolyte about the misogynistic comments he made. If the latter believes that the subject does not exist, Lysandro on the contrary confirms that this is problematic. However, Hippolyte agrees with him, explaining that he has noticed that men do better than women in the position of maître d’hôtel. Teissier, however, is skeptical of David Gauthier’s choice for the position. Hippolytus claims that the young man will be transformed after training him. Teissier agrees to let him do this on the condition that Lisandro oversees the show.

Hippolyte finds David in the park to announce his decision to keep him as his butler. He believes he has the right build for the job. Worried that she trusts him, David admits that he really wants to prove that he can do it.

During the service, Hippolyte and Lysandro check on David. The latter is completely overwhelmed and receives several reprimands from other students.

After the service, Hippolyte admits that the situation was not ideal, but not catastrophic either. Lisandro argues that Deva is much more suited to the position of maître d’. But Hippolytus replies that he lacks presence and personality and that, unlike David, he sees no room for improvement in him.

With his roommate, David blames work. Deva comes to see him to hear his news, even if she fails to understand that Hippolytus has chosen a man who lacks the necessary skills over a woman who has proven herself for the position. Lionel cheats on Kelly

At the workshop, Kelly is working on a dish based around a plant-based cheese that she has to present to Listrac’s class. A young girl started a face full of bush cheese and variations of cheese and walnuts. She asks Solal to taste it to get his opinion. The latter emphasizes that the textures and flavors blend well together, but the detail is lacking to spice things up. At the same time, Lionel goes to the workshop. Kelly takes the opportunity to ask her opinion. Her boyfriend says that her plate is very good and can present it to Lystrak like that.

During class, Kelly proudly presents her recipe to the chef. After tasting it, Olivia says it’s all a bit bland. He encourages Kelly to ask for the opinions of others to improve herself. The young girl explains that she did, especially with Lionel. Olivia emphasizes that the opinion of loved ones is never the most objective.

Kelly then finds Lionel in the cafeteria to find out why he lied to her about his meal. The young man admits that he was afraid that this would not be well received and would cause an argument. Kelly assures him that she has nothing to fear: she will never leave him because he criticized one of her dishes.

Returning home, Kelly talks to her mother about it. She understands that Lionel became vulnerable because he was so afraid of losing her. He advises Kelly to pay attention to him and communicate as much as possible to build a relationship.

Teissier belittles Salome

In the kitchen, Salome prepares to honor Teissier’s ban by preparing a dish from Anais’s menu for a culinary critic who has come especially for her. But Judy and Solal urge him, on the contrary, to reject the ban and present his concept to the critic.

As Salome sends her special plate into the room, Teissier interrupts her. As if to taste it, he destroys the entire presentation with his cutlery, then leaves the plate as it is. Salome has no choice but to prepare a dish from the menu for the critic.

At the end of the service, the critic comes to see Salome in the kitchen to find out why she didn’t present her concept to him. The young woman is forced to tell him that management vetoed it at the last minute. The critic then states that Salome will be able to signal to him once she is completely free.
