Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday, October 18, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Mark and Leonor are closer

Laurent convinces his wife that he won’t be there all day because Elisabeth Bastide is organizing a seminar in Montpellier. In reality, the accountant picks up Karine from her house, then they head to Mr. Lecointre’s villa, where Leonore is hosting a barbecue for the L. Cosmétiques employees. During the trip, the accountant confides in Karine about his family problems and says he is considering leaving his wife. Hearing this, Karine hopes that this little celebration will do her good.

Meanwhile, Mark drops Louis and Kira off at the villa. Leonor greets them and then introduces Enrique. As she prepares to leave, Leonore insists that Mark join the little party she is hosting.

The atmosphere in the villa is fun, so much so that Mark and Leonor perform a close dance with each other. A closeness that did not escape Enrique.

Later, Berthier overhears a conversation between Leonor and Carine. Indeed, Maeva’s mother met someone she really liked. If the company’s accountant initially thinks he’s talking about her, his hopes are quickly dashed when Karine clarifies that it’s her new neighbor. Disappointment for Berthier.

When Berthier decides to return, he offers to accompany Carine, but the latter prefers to stay a little longer. The second hard blow for the accountant.

At the end of the evening, Leonore walks Mark to her car and thanks him for staying. The latter says that she is very happy to meet Enrique, whom she feels is friendly, and then indicates that she will pick up the children the next day. After a kiss on the cheek, Mark gets into his car. A gesture that deeply upsets Louis’ mother…

Julie’s prison term is extended

At the police station, Lieutenant Cross sets up a confrontation between Julie and Sylvain. And suffice it to say, meetings are especially frosty between lovers. Moreover, the tone rises between Sylvain and Julie, who accuse each other of stealing expensive watches. Ian quickly found himself forced to stop listening.

Later, Ian, Commissioner Becker and Judge Laplace review the case. Although the hearing was inconclusive, Julie and Sylvain did not give conflicting versions. In fact, the latter admitted that he entered the room without knowing that it was occupied and then they slept together. It is from there that they accuse each other of taking advantage of each other’s sleep and stealing their watches. Therefore, the judge asks to start the investigation from the beginning. He then decides to keep Julie in custody and transfer Sylvain while the search resumes.

Alex, on the other hand, meets Johanna in her office, and Guillem joins them because he knows Regis Lejeune, the owner of the watches, well. He explains that he is a compulsive collector. According to him, Régis Lejeune cannot create insurance fraud. On the contrary, it portrays him as a sociable and cleanliness-obsessed person.

Meanwhile, Ludo goes to work on the farm. Distraught, Noemi asks him to gather his belongings and leave the building immediately. It is impossible for him to continue working together after what happened. Before he leaves, Noemi tells him that she is going to leave for good. A heavy blow for a young man.

He then joins Jade and tells her what happened. The latter, which includes Naomi, indicates that he would have done the same in her place. However, Ludo worries about his professional future.

Not far from there, Alex walks into the guest room and urges Julie to have hope. Indeed, the policeman is not going to give it up. However, Julie doubts that the police will catch the thief and begins to cry.
