Lula participated via video conference in the ceremony commemorating 20 years of the Bolsa Família program, on Friday the 20th. Together with first lady Janja Lula da Silva, the Brazilian president highlighted the number of children killed in the Israeli offensive against Gaza and in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
