Stream Christopher Nolan: Three Filming Secrets to Light Up the Public

In this final opus, which closes the Nolan trilogy, Bruce Wayne meets Bane, a supervillain played by Tom Hardy who wants to make Batman and the citizens of Gotham pay.

A character that may never have appeared in The Dark Knight Rises. In a recent podcast, David S. Goyer (one of the screenwriters) revealed that a Warner executive insisted that Leonardo DiCaprio star in the film and play one of Batman’s greatest enemies, the Riddler. Apparently rejected by the Nolans, who preferred Bane, a supervillain who was born in the prison on the island of Santa Prisca, where Bruce was also locked up a few years ago.

Interstellar is considered one of the best science fiction films of recent years. Nolan’s feature film wowed with its poetry, environmental message, and compelling human story, played by an impeccable Matthew McConaughey.

Most viewers who discovered it in the cinema in 2014 were very surprised by the appearance of actor Matt Damon in the second half of the film. And for good reason, it is not credited at all. Christopher Nolan himself wanted the choice. What’s even more amazing is that the actor plays one of the main villains of the film. He tricks the crew of the Endurance into believing their planet is habitable (when it isn’t) in hopes of survival.
