It’s time for Victor to say goodbye. Disney’s LGBT + series Love, Victor ends with the third and final season, which will be available on June 15th. The fiction, starring Michael Cimino, follows the film Love, Simon, released in 2021, and tells the story of the daily life of a young Latin American who discovers his homosexuality.
Acceptance, family disagreement and first emotions, the story depicts the journey of this character, with whom many young viewers can identify. Aimed at a general audience, the series offers a fairly reasonable view of teenage relationships, but Season 3 opens up the formula with a further study of the characters’ intimate relationships.
Without over-switching, this change of tone occurs with the appearance of a new hero, Nick. Depicts Nico Gretham – appeared earlier American Horror Story – The character joins Benji (George Sir) and Rahim (Anthony Keevan) on Victor’s fan list. The protagonist meets him on the pillars of a more tolerant church, while the families of the two boys sympathize.

They only start having sex together. Unlike the previous season, where the topic of sexuality was quite touched upon, this season 3 deals directly with this topic. Also covered is one night stand, dating apps and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
The theme goes beyond Victor’s relationship as the novel is more deeply covered by Lake (Bebe Woody) and Lucy (Ava Capri). While it remains available for teens, Season 3 Love, Victor Has a degree of offering a more mature reading of sexuality, unlike very wise series like Heartstopper.
