Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Syrup

  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, butter and milk with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the sifted flour and milk to the chocolate and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the yeast and mix gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into half the capacity of a 250ml cup and place in the microwave, at medium temperature, for 3 minutes.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix all the syrup ingredients in a bowl and cook in the microwave on medium power for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour the syrup into the cups and serve the cakes.
