Filming of the TF1 version of Plus belle la vie resumed this Monday, October 23 in and around Marseille, despite the catastrophic context. The continuation of the cult soap opera France 3 is now taking place in Belle de Mai, the legendary studios of the series, but also in Allauch, a town located not far from the city of Marseille.
Return to Marseilles
It is in this village that most of the scenes that take place outside will be shot. On the ground, the mayor and the merchants rejoice: everyone hopes that Plus belle la vie will give their city influence among lovers of fiction in France!
In Allauch, the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville becomes a completely new setting for the new Mistral district, with its emblematic bar. Because as a reminder, persistent rumors are reporting the dissolution of this meeting place for all characters, from the very first intrigue of PBLV on the first page!
Thus, the Mistral bar will be installed in the actual bar of L’Hostellerie. To create the perfect illusion, the front of the facility was adapted to the needs of the series. Jeff Perron, the owner, is already waiting for the Plus belle la vie devotees!
“Le Mistral is a legendary bar”
He even has big plans, as he hinted to our colleagues Parisian. The main party explained that he wanted to convert a room in his bar to accommodate fans! Here, the PBLV community could really access “Photos, autographs, testimonials on set“.
Jeff Perron says:I know very well that Le Mistral is a legendary bar, this is a great gift.“Will the series be a success on TF1? Will the adventures of Barbara, Thomas, Babette (Marie Reasch, who announced the sequel) and others take off?
One thing is for sure, everyone is thinking about Marwan Beren, who died tragically at the age of 34. The one who played Abdel should have done his role in Plus belle la vie.
