On Monday, October 30, everything starts here…
Leonardo must trap Hippolyte
In the cafeteria, Leonard expresses his desire to finally have his first private lesson with Du Chesne at the end of the day. Confronted by Maya, he already imagines that he is becoming the head of Double A. Deva, who overhears their conversation, allows him to join them and warns Leonard du Chesney about the harshness. At the same time, she receives a message from Lisandro, who asks to see her with David.
Lisandro, having postponed his trip to Canada, therefore meets the couple at a local cafe to talk to them about their memories of training du Chesnay, which he has suppressed for many years. He now remembers the humiliation and abuse his mentor often used. He urges David to file a complaint. But the young man is not ready to take responsibility and prefers to leave. Deva stays a little later after Lisandro to warn him that Leonard is now being trained by Du Chesnay. Lysandro assures him that he will not allow Hippolytus to repeat what he did to David.
Lisandro goes to the management office to tell Tessier and Antoine about the abuse he suffered during his training years with Hippolyte. Therefore, it is certain that David was also hit by his former mentor, even if the young man does not want to say anything publicly. Fearing for Leonardo’s safety, Lisandro asks the director to act. However, the latter cannot do anything without proof.
During a first-year classroom lesson, Du Chesnay is amazed at the students’ ability to properly open wine bottles, especially Maya. Even Leonardo can’t do that. Always highly motivated, Du Chesnay was asked to rework the piece during their private lesson.
Later, Antoine and Rose meet Leonard at a local cafe to expose Du Chesnay’s actions. As the young man prepares to cancel all his private lessons, Antoine and Rose ask him to…
After which, Leonardo makes Ethan confident: he will have to bait Hippolyte in the case. During a private lesson, Leonard will deliberately make mistakes to see how Du Chesnay reacts. Secretly, Rose and Antoine will be able to hear everything over the phone. When Ethan discovers that Leonard is putting himself in danger for nothing, the latter explains his motives to him. When he was at home, one of the teachers whom everyone adored would secretly spank him. But no one believed him when he tried to report. So Leonardo feels it is his duty to prevent someone like Du Chesnay from being harmed.
At Double A, Leonard is taught how to serve wine to Hippolyte, who plays the customer. Leonard’s phone is hidden under their desk, in direct line with Rose. He hides in the kitchens with Antoine to listen to everything. As agreed, Leonardo deliberately makes mistakes that annoy Hippolytus. However, the latter remains violent in words and not in actions.
But seeing that Leonard is unable to serve the glass without trembling, Hippolytus touches on a sensitive point, considering that he did not have enough fatherly authority. Leonardo actually explains that he never had a father. Hippolytus replies that this is because he has no manners. Antoine and Rose hear muffled voices in the kitchen. They rush into the room and find Du Chesney slumped on the floor…
Lionel is afraid of Halloween night
Most students in the park look forward to celebrating Halloween. Bill is already planning to summon the spirits with a séance. While Kelly, Jimmy and Thibault are all cheerful, Lionel has some reservations. The others laugh at him.
Later, a small group looks for a place to celebrate their party. Jim suggests doing it in the institute cafeteria. He believes that this is the perfect place for their spiritualism session, considering that the student died there exactly fifteen years ago.
Jimmy shows his classmates an article about one Laura, a sophomore who was stabbed by her best friend who surprised her by kissing her fiance. If the students have never heard of the case, Jimmy claims that his father proved everything to him.
Once again, if everyone agrees to celebrate Halloween in the cafeteria and echo Laura’s spirit, Lionel is the only one who disagrees.
Later, while he is working in the atelier with Mehdi, Lionel can’t stop thinking about it. He believes that this spiritualism session is disrespectful to Laura. Mehdi, on the contrary, thinks that we should not take it too seriously.
Lionel then finds Kelly outside. Looking over his shoulder, Lionel sees a young girl who looks a lot like Laura. A worried young man is contacted by Kelly, who asks for his confirmation for Halloween night. Lionel promises to be there… so that he doesn’t suspect the terrible terror that awaits him!
Enzo helps Jude believe in himself
In the kitchen, Enzo notices Jude’s tired appearance and questions him. He explains that he really appreciated taking the reins of Double A in Salome’s absence. He even had an entire Halloween menu planned. But now that Salome is about to return to the two A’s, she thinks she has to put the ideas aside. Instead, Enzo pushes him to talk to the boss about it.
Later, Salome returns to her kitchen and thanks Jude in her absence. He then gathers his team around the Halloween menu, specifically entrusting starters to Jude and dessert to Enzo. Despite Enzo’s cautious encouragement, Jude does not dare to propose his ideas to Salome.
At the park, Enzo tries to find out what’s bothering Jude. The latter explains to him that he has learned to be reasonable, even to depreciate himself, to avoid the misfortune that he experienced. Enzo then offers to practice selling his virtues, in this case regarding the Halloween menu. Judy still feels motivated.
Enzo accompanies her to the kitchen to talk to Salome about his ideas. Judy rolls up her sleeves and starts. Not only is she clumsy, but Salome is also quite distracted, either by what she’s cooking or by interrupting the delivery of candy. Frustrated, Judy leaves the kitchen and slams the door. Salome realizes that she needs more attention.
