You are a Disney+ subscriber and want to know how to watch your favorite movies and series offline. A feature that can be very practical, especially when you’re traveling and don’t have access to the Internet, whether it’s via WiFi or a 4G or 5G network. If you’re traveling by train or plane and want to pass the time by watching the new French series Irrésistible or re-watching the complete Lost, offline viewing is a must.

It couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is upload your content above. Like most streaming platforms, Disney+ offers an offline mode that lets you watch your content without an internet connection. However, note that this feature is only available on tablets and mobiles.

How to download your content offline?

• The ideal time to download your content to your mobile or tablet – which is data-intensive, especially if it’s a TV series – is to do so at home or in the office, where you have a good wifi connection. In fact, avoid downloading using your mobile data. If they are limited in your subscription, your account will be affected.

• Then select the content you want to watch quietly when the network is not available.

• Click the “Download” icon “Play” or “Resume” and “Playlist” icon. You just have to wait for the download time and that’s it!

• However, if you don’t have a WiFi network and want to download your content on your mobile data, go to the app settings. You will see that by default, downloads are authorized “over wifi only”. Just uncheck it and you can continue downloading.
