Leandro Medeiros (formerly Alpargatas) will take over the role of CEO of Dafiti in December.

DocuSign. It hired Christiano Lucena (formerly Dell) as general manager for Latin America and Marcelo Salles (formerly ServiceNow), as vice president of sales.

HERE. In the role of VP Director of People, Culture and ASG is Maria Carolina Brasil Borghesi (formerly Dafiti).

FSB Holding. He called Neivia Justa as director of communications and marketing.

Mapfre. In January Felipe Nascimento will take over as CEO, succeeding Fernando Pérez-Serrabona, who returns to Spain.

Bradesco Seguros. José Loureiro becomes Director of Innovation, Digital and Data.

Karsten. Armando Cesar Hess de Souza resigns and Márcio Luiz Bertoldi will take over as CEO in 2024.

ACE Ventures. Hired Vítor Andrade (formerly iDexo) as head of Venture Capital.

Prudential. Bruno Ambar (formerly Nubank) is the new vice president of innovation strategy.

Softplans. André Tavares Andrade (formerly Anima Educação) joins as CFO.

Quality digital. For the new AI area he brought Cássio Pantaleoni (ex Adobe).

Capital value. Announces Bruno Batávia (former Central Bank) as director of emerging technologies. Director of the company’s emerging technologies.

Woba. Rodrigo Silveira (formerly Gympass) has been hired as vice president of customer success.

Motor Brazil. Marcelo Almeida is the new director of the project.

Lemontech. Three new directors: Juliana Costa (Sales and Relations), Armando Monteiro (Operations) and Ester Krivkin (Strategies and Innovations).

Blip. It has Alexandre Tommasi (ex-Globo) as creative leader.

Abal. Anderson Baranov was elected chairman of the board of directors of the aluminum association.

SG Global Group. Caroline Yoshida becomes chief financial officer.

Abespetro. Telmo Ghiorzi will assume the role of executive president and Rodrigo Ribeiro president of the board.
