Technically, it’s only been a little over three years since the Disney / Fox merger was formalized, but it took about a year for the deal to close. Honestly, considering how clearly these two are enjoying themselves, it’s more than surprising that we haven’t seen them together on the big screen more often. They would clearly be great together in some kind of action comedy between cop friends. Or maybe one of them can be the hero and the other the villain. Of course The origins of the X-Menthe only time Reynolds and Jackman have been in the same movie is when Jackman made an appearance as a voiceover. free boy and Reynolds wasn’t even on the scene.
It will be interesting to see if Hugh Jackman posts a response to this. We often see these two going back and forth when it comes to pranks at each other’s expense. Maybe we’ll see Jackman sharing love too.
