Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Tuesday, October 31, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Christoph gets closer to Aubert

An article about Jessica’s death is on the front page of the local press. However, Obert feels no more responsibility for this girl’s death than the car manufacturer. Even though he has the police on his back, he plans to continue expanding his network and amassing a lot of money before retiring to the sun.

Meanwhile, Father Silvio and Bison go around the homeless hoping to find Jessica’s dealer, but to no avail. At worst, the priest calls Janet and tells her about his anger at the young woman’s death, but above all about his helplessness in the face of the situation. Although Janet is understanding, Father Silvio apologizes for disturbing her mood and then hangs up.

At the police department, Commissioner Becker wants to step up surveillance of Obert. And suffice it to say, Janet’s husband hopes his men don’t give up. Indeed, he hopes that the head of the network will complete the mistake that will allow him to be caught.

Not far from there, Christophe is in the church, looking at the stained glass windows and announcing: “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” Silvio, who sees her doing this, then tries to find out if she is praying. After making her believe that she is talking to herself, Kristoff invites her to dinner at his house the next evening to meet Cecile. The loan officer then thanks her and then explains that he wants to help the police catch Jessica’s dealer. According to Kristof, this is not his role and he must instead trust in divine justice. Indeed, the vet believes that if there is a God, he will punish those who do evil.

After that, Christophe goes to Obert’s kindergarten. The latter informs him on the spot about the carnivorous plant and how it protects its prey. Kristoff buys it and leaves.

Manu sets a trap for Alex

Hugo continues private lessons with Sabine. An opportunity for them to get to know each other better.

Later, Eva invites Mo and Sabine to join her and Manu for drinks after work at Les Sauvages. Two women allow themselves to be persuaded.

Meanwhile, Hugo confides in Jan about his history with Sabine. Indeed, Hugo knows that Sabine is not ready to start a new story. That is why he is patient and attentive. A method that works after they become accomplices and friends. Yan, on the other hand, finds it difficult to make friends with the chief’s daughter.

Sabine, on the other hand, has little doubt that Manu is going to hook up with Alex. If Eva still thinks it’s a bad idea, the cop reminds her that it’s just a drink and they’ll see what happens.

In the wilds, Alex realizes he’s been set up by a friend when Eve, Mo and Sabine join him. Despite everything, the atmosphere is good natured. Sabine and Alex quickly discuss their heartbreaks and then even go so far as to toast their failures.

Not far from there, Ian suggests that Johanna spend the evening at a jazz club. After a small dance demonstration in the street, Johanna is convinced and invites Sabine. He then calls his friend who declines the invitation because he is in very good company. Thinking she was with Hugo, Ian is shocked to learn it’s Alex.
