Thriller 40: Behind the scenes of Michael Jackson’s iconic album will be shown in new documentary

Four decades after the launch of Thrillerbehind the scenes of the iconic album by Michael Jackson will be revealed in a new SHOWTIME documentary in partnership with Paramount+. Entitled Thriller 40the production will make its streaming debut on December 2nd.

In addition to winning eight Grammysthe album was certified 34 platinum by the RIAA and has accumulated more than 100 million sales worldwide, considered the best-selling album globally of all time.

During the new documentary, the public will walk through several unprecedented moments behind the production of the album, released in 1982, and the famous Moonwalk (what Jackson debuted on the 1983 special Motown 25), including the eventual worldwide domination of the project and Pop king.
