Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday, November 1, 2023 [SPOILERS]

The photo sows Cecil’s problems

It’s still dark when Christophe gets up to consult the Obert file on Cecile’s computer. The latter, who noticed that someone had touched her belongings, asked her husband about it the next morning. As Christophe insists that it is not him, Cecile imagines that Achilles has used him as a trickster.

Later, Ellie and Akim look at Obert’s house. A few steps away, Kristoff hides under the hood and watches the leader of the network leave the house.

At the nursery, Obert informs Karim that the police have followed him. Obliged to quickly disappear from the radar, the network manager makes him realize that they will have to hire people as quickly as possible to do the work for them. What Obert and Karim don’t know is that an undercover cop is taking photos of the kindergarten.

At the police station, Manu, Cecil and Commissioner Becker are looking at photos of Obert’s nursery. Immediately, Judge Alphand notices a plant that bears an uncanny resemblance to the one Christoph bought the day before. Did the vet make a mistake?

Back at home, Cecile asks Christophe about this famous plant. The latter then explains that he found her in a kindergarten on the rue de la République. When he tries to understand why she’s asking him these questions, Cecil is evasive.

Immediately, Hugo and Father Silvio arrive at Cecile and Christophe’s house for dinner. While eating, Hugo discusses his studies in criminology. He also has to defend his thesis next week. When Christophe announces that he will finally be able to do his favorite job, that of a florist, Cecile and Silvio struggle to understand what he is talking about. Christophe tells them that his friend is convinced that a vigilante serial killer has been haunting Montpellier for months.

At the end of the dinner, Silvio takes advantage of being alone with Cecile to question her about the investigation into Jessica’s death. Although he cannot say anything, he confirms that the police are on the trail of the trafficker. Unfortunately, administrative procedures prevent them from moving forward as they would like. As this drug continues to kill people, Father Silvio hopes that the Buddha Blue trafficker will pay dearly for what he has done. A discussion that does not escape Kristof’s ear…

Alex spent the night with Eva’s colleague

Alex still hasn’t arrived at the police station, much to the amusement of Manu, who confides in Ian that he must have had a crazy night. It must be said that Alex spent the entire evening the day before kissing Eve. Obviously, Ian thinks it’s Sabine.

Uncomfortable, Ian goes to Hugo’s office and tells him the bad news. A hard blow for Hugo, who doesn’t understand what Sabine can see in Alex. Indeed, the forensic doctor judges that Alex is ordinary and that he looks like “laundry clothes”. Being disgusted with the woman of his life, he does not want to meet in the corridors every day.
