Planet of the Apes 4 gets first official trailer; clock

Thursday evening (2), 20th Century Studios released the first trailer of the long-awaited Planet of the Apes: Reignsequel to the trilogy which concluded in 2017. The piece shows Cornelius, son of the revolutionary Caesar (Andy Serkis), as an adult, as well as presenting a world completely governed by primates.

The film also received a new poster to promote the production. :

Planet of the Apes 4 a new era should begin in the path of cinema’s most famous records. Although the most remembered films, which revitalized the franchise, are the 2011 reboots (The origin), 2014 (The fight) and 2017 (War), the originals are much older, having been released from 1968 onwards.

In total, the franchise has nine films: five main feature films, a one-off remake from 2001, directed by Tim Burton, and the new reboot trilogy that began in 2011: the first film was directed by Rupert Wyat. Matt Reeves took over the direction of the next two sequels.

The first movie The Planet of the Apes it is based on the book by Pierre Boulle. The plot was classified as one of the most important in cinema history for its effects and thrilling scenes, a milestone for the late 1960s. With the release of four more films in the following years, the franchise exploded in 1970. , even resulting in a 14-episode TV series on CBS.

A cartoon, Return to the Planet of the Apesit also came to life in 1975.
