Un Si Grand Soleil preview: Monday, November 6, 2023 episode recap [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs Monday night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read the following!

On Monday, November 6, 2023, in such great sunshine…

Between Hugo and Sabine, it’s already over

Sabina and Hugo spent the night together. During breakfast, the court doctor invites Sabine to accompany her to a jazz concert, which she gladly accepts. However, she still can’t believe that they spent the night together. It must be said that Hugo was so serious about his math lessons that he never imagined that something would happen between them.

For his part, Hugo would never have thought that he could start an affair with one of his students. Sabine immediately reassures him: this is the first time for him! While he asks if she regrets it, Sabine says no before clarifying that she loved what happened between them. And suffice it to say, the math teacher found this little surprise side exciting.

Sabine then joins Johanna at Les Sauvages and tells her about her evening with Hugo. If the lawyer already sees the beginning of a beautiful story, Sabine does not really believe it. Indeed, she is well aware that Hugo is a seducer and that he is another conquest in her hunt. Johanna then confesses to her that the coroner has been trying to catch her for weeks. Hearing this, Sabine’s smile immediately disappears.

At the police station, Hugo shares his happiness with Ian, but changes the subject when Commissioner Becker joins them. Just then, Sabine tries to call Hugo. Uncomfortable, the latter declines his call, then disappears into another room to call back.

And it’s a cold shower for Hugo, as Sabine tells him very sternly that she won’t be coming to the concert tonight, before adding that she’d rather be left there.

After hanging up, Sabine tells Fanny that she’s been tricked by the man yet again. Indeed, Sabina did not really understand that Hugo was not sincere in his feelings for her. If Fan doesn’t see the problem, Sabine reminds her that her ex was a liar and that she doesn’t want that kind of man in her life anymore.

Not far from there, Hugo is depressed and tells Ian that Sabine doesn’t want to see him anymore. Worst of all, she doesn’t know what she could have said or done to end their affair.

At the end of the day, Ian joins Johanna at the exit of the police station and then tells her that Sabina dumped Hugo. The lawyer immediately realizes that it is all his fault. According to her, her friend didn’t really appreciate knowing that Hugo was in love with her in the first place and that she probably feels manipulated.

Christoph kills Obert

Early in the morning, Christophe makes Cecile believe that she has a major operation today that will require several hours of intervention.

The vet then goes to his office and prepares the equipment to kill Obert. A syringe containing deadly poison, a pair of gloves, and the famous electronic box he received the day before. As soon as he puts on the black hat, he goes to the victim’s house.

However, Akim and Elise are there. Therefore, it takes advantage of passing garbage collectors to sneak up on its prey’s car. He uses the electronic box to open the car and then gets back in.

A few seconds later, Obert is on his way to the kindergarten. At the same time, Elise and Akim follow him, but a truck blocks their way. When the police arrive at the nursery, Obert is not there.

A few steps away, Christophe, who killed Obert at the dump, carefully cleans the car before going home.

In the nursery, Akim and Elise are reading to Karim. Unfortunately, the latter has no news from Obert, whom he tried to contact three times today.

At the end of the day, Manu and Commissioner Becker inform Judge Alphand that they have lost track of Obert. Although Cecil doesn’t understand how the trafficker was able to get away from them, Becker points out that they have few resources. The judge then pressures them to find him as quickly as possible. For his part, Manu believes that Obert didn’t escape, but instead became a victim of retribution… Is this the beginning of trouble for Christophe?
