Inep announced this afternoon, November 5, that the theme of the Enem 2023 essay is: Challenges in addressing the invisibility of care work carried out by women in Brazil.
Those registered will have to present the theme, develop it and conclude with a proposal for an intervention which respect human rights.
The Enem writing test will be held on Sunday, November 5along with objective evidence of Languages and Codes and Human Sciences. They started at 1.30pm and will close at 7:00 pm.

Enem 2023 essay correction
Each Enem 2023 essay is evaluated by two markers, with the function of assigning a grade of from 0 to 200 points in each of the five skills:
1) Mastery of the standard Portuguese language;
2) Understand the written proposal;
3) Selection and organization of information;
4) Demonstration of knowledge of the language necessary to argue the text
5) Elaboration of a proposed solution to the problems faced, respecting values and considering socio-cultural diversity.
A The final grade for the Enem essay is the arithmetic mean of the total score assigned by the two brokers, except in cases where there is a discrepancy between the two scores.
The Enem Notice provides for 8 situations in which the participant’s writing can be reset or deleted. Are they:
1) Total distancing from the topic;
2) Failure to observe the essay-argumentative structure;
3) Text up to 7 lines;
4) Improperisms, drawings and other forms of voluntary cancellation or of part of the text deliberately disconnected from the proposed theme;
5) Blank writing, even with draft text;
6) Copy of the motivating text;
7) Sign the essay outside the designated place;
8) Write in a language other than Portuguese.
