Elizabeth Olsen in the terrifying true story of the creator of Big Little Lies: We Know Love and Death air date on CANAL+!

Love and Death, exclusively on CANAL+ and myCANAL.

This is a series that will get people talking! After Jessica Biel in Candy: Murder in Texas, Elizabeth Olsen will star as Candy Montgomery in the new miniseries: Love & Death. This 7-episode drama, which premiered last spring on HBO, is based on a new story that shook the United States in the early 1980s.

Love & Death is finally coming to France on CANAL+

At the time, Candy Montgomery was a housewife from Willie, Texas, living a quiet life with her husband, Pat, and their friends, Betty and Alan Gore. But when Betty is found murdered with 41 ax blows and an extramarital affair is revealed, all suspicion falls on Candice.

Although it was a huge success in the United States, Love & Death has yet to find a French broadcaster. This is now being done after CANAL+ officially announced that the series will be broadcast from November 30, the same time it was released on myCANAL.

Starring Elizabeth Olsen as the quintessential Wanda Maximoff among the Avengers, the series features a credits roll that will delight fans of the genre. At its head we find, for example, Leslie Linka Glatter, the director to whom we owe Mad Men, Homeland, Gilmore Girls and certain episodes of Twin Peaks. David E. Kelly, creator of Big Little Lies and The Undoing, is writing.

In terms of casting, the Marvel star will star alongside some great names from the big and small screen, such as Jesse Plemons (Breaking Bad, The Power of the Dog), Lily Rabe (The Prodigy, American Horror Story), Patrick Fugit (Gone Girl). Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad, Jessica Jones), or even Tom Pelfrey (Ozark). See you on November 30!
