Friday, November 10, it all starts here…
It’s a war between Rose and Carla
Even after thinking it over, Suleiman refuses to lie to cover up for Carla. He agrees to play until the end of the week as planned. That’s all. This does not sit well with Carla, who tries to make her feel guilty. As the young man leaves, Karla’s stomach twists in pain. But Suleiman thinks it works.
Later, Rose finds Suleiman in the orchard. She asks for his forgiveness for revealing Carla’s pregnancy to everyone. Suleiman then admits to her that he lied: he is neither in a relationship with Carla nor the father of her child. He just wanted to help her, especially in front of her parents. Suleiman then asks Rose to keep it to herself until the end of the week, where she will also tell her father the truth.
In the cafeteria, Carla suggests that Rose have lunch together to get to know each other. He says it will be better for Suleiman if they get along. But Rose doesn’t fall into his trap. He makes her realize that she will keep the secret until her parents leave. Carla had better leave Suleiman alone after that. Otherwise, Rose will take it upon herself to inform every teacher she can.
In class, Carla complains about Rose’s behavior to Berenice. He admits he overheard Rose and Constance talking about IVF not working. Therefore, Berenia suspects that Rose was struggling with Carla’s pregnancy for this reason. Since Miriel does not know about this IVF, Carla immediately intends to take advantage of this information.
After class, Carla lingers in the kitchen and pretends to cry so Hortense can see her. His plan is working. The young chef is concerned and questions Carla, who complains about Rose’s harassment of her. Carla suggests that the Master’s Headmaster is jealous of her pregnancy because she cannot bear a child herself. Carla then managed to get Hortense to talk to Miriel.
Meanwhile, Rose confides in Clotilde. She admits what Suleiman told her, but plans to keep it a secret until the end of the week. And Clotilde believes that Antoine has the right to know the truth.
Back at the Institute, Rose meets Hortense, who has just left the office. Inside, Antoine accuses him of attacking Carla in an unfair and selfish way. He talks about the failed IVF after their breakup and thinks Rose is jealous of Carla. Injured, Rose leaves the office.
He goes to the park to directly confront Carla. She accuses him of being behind the shots, then takes pity on her unborn child. At the same time, Berenica screams to warn Carla: the latter is losing blood…
Jasmine has doubts about her future
Over breakfast in the swamps, Thibault and Jasmine talk about the discussion the day before. If Thibaut is sure that he will be able to reconcile his career and the life of his mother, Jasmine still doubts it. He is especially afraid of missing important moments in his son’s life. Thibault then talks to him about his own experiences with his father, who is a chef and is not around regularly. Despite this, he loved his childhood.
Later, Thibaut and Jasmine go to the locker room together, where they meet Jim. Jasmine hopes to be able to discuss her questions with her father. He then discovers that the two brothers have not experienced anything like this. Jimmy admits that he didn’t feel like he had a father and that he missed sharing his daily life with him.
At the end of the day, Teissier gathers the students in the amphitheater to announce to them that the final evaluations of the course will be held on the week of November 27th. He adds that the average of these grades is half of their final grade. Therefore, this will be crucial for their progress next year. Teissier encourages the students not to give up, then specifically targets Jasmine in the hope that she will be valedictorian once again.
Despite Teissier’s pressure, Jasmine is far from motivated. Thibault offers to work with him. However, he had already promised Jim that he would study with him. Thibault finally offers to do three sessions – which Jasmine agrees to.
Judy makes a dangerous decision
At the studio, Jude takes Teyssier to taste his 100% vanilla dessert in hopes of agreeing to supervise his master’s project. But when Tessier challenges him to question his concept, Judd doesn’t have the idea developed enough. Therefore, the director of the institute refuses to taste his dessert and give him another chance.
Later at the workshop, Judy confides in Enzo about the bad impression she made on Teyssier. Enzo believes that negative feedback is better than complete indifference from the director. According to him, you have to work and try to convince him again. But Jude doesn’t feel like he can impose himself like that.
In the commissary, Judy hides between two shelves to listen to a podcast about positive affirmations. He catches David secretly drinking alcohol. Caught in the act, the latter explains to him that he takes micro-doses during the day just to calm his anxiety and gain more confidence in himself. Convinced of this method, Jude also wants to try it.
