At AlloCiné, we like dogs, and that’s a good thing, because there are dogs in the cinema, and not a few. This has allowed us to offer you three quizzes dedicated to this faithful pet in recent months.
The first focused on dogs seen in 80s movies. The first picture showed us a lone dog in an outdoor parking lot. No catch, the apparently famous Einstein was going to get in the DeLorean to test out Doc’s new invention that allows time travel back into the future.
We also found Barney, the poor dog surrounded by horrible gremlins in their many pranks, or the more disturbing Cujo in the adaptation of Stephen King’s novel.
Another quiz compiled some dogs from 90s movies. Not surprisingly, in the company of the actor Jean-Pierre Bakr, we found a large white labrador, a labrador that would soon transform into Alain Chabat in Didier, directed by the actor himself. Another image showed us a pyramid of six Rottweilers, especially well trained by Benedict in the final act hero.
In the third quiz, the dogs this time came from movie posters, which we took care to enlarge, the aim of the game was to guess which posters these dogs could come from.
While some of the images didn’t seem too difficult, such as Cosmo, the dog with psychic powers from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3, others were much more difficult to identify, such as the French bulldog on the Deadline movie poster.
For this new quiz, we’re staying with the dogs but ditching the cinema as there are nine dogs seen in 80s/90s cartoons that you’ll have to identify. Depends on you !
