Cheesecake with guava paste
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g of peeled cassava, cut into small pieces
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons margarine with salt
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- 200g grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Guava cubes to taste
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend the cassava with the condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, margarine, parmesan, coconut and yeast.
- Arrange halfway into cake pans, lined with paper liners.
- Inside each mold with the dough, place a cube of guava
- Place the molds in a tin and then bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and serve immediately.
