Master Crimes season 1 continues on TF1 from 9.10pm on Thursday 16 November. In this delightful invention, Muriel Robin (who shared her memories of the shoot with AlloCiné) against his wife Anne Le Nene.
AlloCiné also had the opportunity to speak with the latter about the experience…
AlloCiné: Tell us about Barbara, your character “Master crimes“…
Anne Le Nen: What appealed to me about it is that I think a lot of women will be able to identify with it. He is not only an authority figure in his work. She is also a single mother with a difficult teenager who is constantly juggling her professional responsibilities and personal life, which is actually quite a disaster! Behind his profession was human-level wealth.
Did you have a secret passion for news before entering the series?
To be honest, I’m freaking out Let the accused in…but absolute crazy! And I’m very good at investigating and finding the culprit, which doesn’t concern Muriel at all! It’s fascinating, especially when it affects the average person, to see what can happen in the human psyche to suddenly lead to horror. There is something charming about that. And what I really liked about Master Crimes was that after reading the first six episodes, I couldn’t find who did the murder!
How would you define the new relationship between Barbara and the lawyer, Theodore (Michael Cohen)
It’s so delicious to see them completely clumsy! They do not understand love at all. This relationship is not like others, it is really difficult! (Laughs) I won’t tell you if it will come out in the end, but I think it will be really fun for the community to follow.
How was the shooting of the date in Jalat?
It was very funny and ultimately very enjoyable! I always told myself that I would come back one evening because it is a real butcher! This is a place that exists where you can enjoy very good meat at the corner of the table, like this. Not at all romantic, but original.
what did you think Tais Vokieres, Nordin Ganso, Astrid Ross and Victor Meutlet Who gave the answer?
I found them all wonderful. They all have a different character. It’s not sycofa, not because I’m playing with them! I was amazed by their seriousness…and I was almost a little disappointed because I’m not around them much. Especially Muriel… we said at the end of the season that we were going to rebel against the productions to have us write segments together! (laughs)
Was it difficult to shoot the interrogation scenes?
Yes, and because we were shooting on location, the week we were set up in the interrogation room, I did all the interrogations in two or three days! I mean, I spent my days inquiring only about the horror… We were all about the sad, the sad, the macabre, and so on.
when we say “Cut!“, I cut it and I’m not in that emotion anymore. It wasn’t hard because it’s work, but it was emotionally hard at times. I’m done for the day, I’m done! When we live on stage, we’re cross. With so many different emotions and energies, it crosses the body and the heart…
Are you hoping for a second season?Master crimes“?
A thousand times yes! We are very lucky. It’s so rewarding to work with people you admire, in front of and behind the camera. And I hope that we will do good for people, because we live in dramatic, terrible, terrible times. We’re all very much affected in our daily lives by what’s happening internationally… If there can be little bubbles like that, things that allow us to escape the space of an episode, the series can be therapeutic for viewers. .
