In a session characterized by some volatility and a decline in liquidity, the cash dollar closed this Thursday slightly higher in Brazil, following the change in the North American currency abroad and after having previously reacted to the indication that the Lula government will maintain the primary result target of zero for 2024.
The cash dollar ended the day at 4.8706 reais, up 0.15%. In November the currency accumulated a decline of 3.37%.
On B3, as of 5:04 pm (Brasilia time), the front-month dollar futures contract rose 0.09% to 4.8775 reais.
