The fifth spin-off from the universe of The Walking Dead, the series centered on Daryl Dixon, is finally available in France. Airing from November 10th on Paramount+, this wildly popular character takes him on an apocalyptic adventure in France.

The Waking Dead: Daryl Dixon, the hero played by Norman Reedus, tries to survive in France and will do anything to return home. But during his encounters, Daryl will have to carry out a dangerous mission: to protect Laurent (Louis Puech Chiglioz), a child who is considered to be the Messiah in this apocalyptic context, and take him to a safe place in order to save humanity.

He is accompanied by Isabelle (Clémence Poésy), a fighter operating under a religious cover, and Sylvie (Laïka Blanc-Francard) on a trip to France that takes him particularly to Paris.

But before they reach the capital, Daryl and his companions cross the province and meet a group of lonely children in episode 2 of the first season of the series. This army survives as a highly organized community thanks to their leader Louis, played by Kim Higgelin.

This plebiscite among young people, after a timid start, allowed the feature film to pass 400,000 receptions to date, which did not delay the director. A Cesar nomination seems possible for Kim Higelin, who can hope to launch a big career.

If anyone is certain of Kim Higgelin’s success, it’s Norman Reedus. At the AlloCiné microphone, the actor was full of praise for the actor, with whom he immediately became friends.
