Orange mousse with acerola

Preparation time: 1h (+3h20 in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1 cup (tea) sieved acerola pulp
  • 1 can of cream (300 g)
  • 2 cups ready-made whipped cream

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatine with the orange juice and melt it in a bain-marie.
  2. Transfer to the blender and blend with the acerola, condensed milk and cream.
  3. Place it in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until it starts to harden.
  4. Gently mix the whipped cream and pour it into individual bowls.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
