Rose wants to tell Carla the truth

After taking a DNA test and confirming that Carla is her daughter, Rose calls the lab to confirm. There are no errors. Clotilda regrets not believing her sister sooner. With no hard feelings, Rose now wants to focus on Carla, even if she still has a hard time believing it. He hopes that the young girl will agree so that they can get to know each other. Antoine is optimistic about this, noting that Carla is actually looking for her biological parents.

So Rose searches for Carla throughout the institute to tell her the truth about her origins. But it is nowhere to be found. Berenice informs Rose that Carla has been at the Cafe de la Grand Place for an hour, waiting to meet Gaspar Merrin. Knowing well that this meeting is impossible, Rose goes to the cafe. He finds Carla, alone at the table, terribly disappointed to be stood up by the man she thought was her biological father. While Rose tries to comfort her, Carla runs off.

Back at the Institute, Rose confides in Antoine. He is finally afraid to tell Carla the truth. Especially since she will also have to explain to him that she will never know her father because he killed her. Antoine distorts the situation. Although it’s not easy, he thinks Carla will eventually accept his story. A moving Rose takes Antoine by the hand and thanks him for his support.

In the classroom, Carla is sly and has no news from Gaspar Merin. She decides to send him a message to tell him what she thinks. As he sends the message, Jimmy’s cell phone beeps. Then Carla discovers that it was Gaspar Merin. The young man admits the facts and explains that he wanted revenge for the time when Karla published a video of him undressing on social networks. After learning that Gaspar Merin was Carla’s biological father and not one of her sex plans as he thought, Jimmy begins to regret his actions. Maddened with rage, Suleiman intervenes between Jim and Carla, then punches Jim in the face. Their teacher is forced to separate the two boys before their fight escalates.

Called to Miriel’s office, Jim and Souleime learned that both will be punished. Once Jimmy leaves, Antoine continues to interview his son, whom he criticizes for his violent behavior. He suggests that she stop being such a big bully and support Carla by being there for her. Antoine finally reveals the truth to Suleiman about the bond that really unites Rose and Carla.

Carla is on cleaning duty in the cafeteria. Rose comes to give it to him. During the discussion, Carla states that she is not going to find out the identity of her biological parents because she believes that she never needed them before. She also adds that she prefers to focus on her pregnancy and avoid sources of stress. Faced with these words, Rose refuses to tell him anything…

Ethan is uncomfortable with Leonard

In the locker room, Maya admits that she’s relieved that Ethan and Leonard talked the other day. He also regrets arguing with his best friend even though he trusts him blindly. Ethan hopes things will work out between them.

Alone in the locker room, Ethan and Maya warm up when a young guy starts stripping. However, when Leonard arrives, he quickly gets dressed, which Maya does not miss.

During a lesson with Hortense Rochemont, Maya criticizes Ethan for acting like he’s afraid Leonard will jump on him when he’s already seen him shirtless. Realizing his clumsiness, Ethan immediately apologizes to Leonard. He tells her that he wants to remain friends, even knowing his romantic feelings for her.

At the end of the lesson, Hortense tastes her students’ dishes. The two pairs that come out with the best score, 18/20, are Leonard and Maya and Billy and Ethan. To celebrate, Ethan offers an aperitif in the park. Only Billy refuses to spend time with Tom.

In the park, Ethan, Maya and Leonard are having a drink. But the latter is quite embarrassed to hear Ethan’s sexual references to Maya. He prefers to slip away and leave them as a couple. After Leonard leaves, Maya criticizes Ethan for his lack of tact. He promises to be more careful in the future.

Clotilda and Mark are manipulating Teissier

When he meets Clotilda at the studio, Mark learns that she is still hesitant to deliver a new module to the graduate students. Indeed, Clotilde feels Tessier is not convinced by her profile. If he is a good technician, he clearly lacks the creativity to animate the concept of culinary hybridization. On the contrary, Mark believes that it has great potential.

Clotilda and Mark come together to set a trap for Teyssier. Mark brings his friend to the studio to taste a dish he says he made himself for the Culinary Hybridization module. After tasting it, Teissier was full of praise for the dish, especially its creativity. Clotilde then shows him a pot of roses: this plate comes from her, not Mark. A delighted Clotilda celebrates this news with Joachim. If her companion always had confidence in her and her abilities, Clotilde admits that she achieved this thanks to Mark. This makes Joachim jealous, but he takes it upon himself.

Later in the park, Penelope notices that Joachim is in a bad mood and pushes him to make a will. He then explains that he is jealous of the relationship between Clotilda and Mark, who share the same passion. However, he reasons that they are just friends. Penelope seems to understand, explaining that she also has trouble managing a long-distance relationship. She also specifies that she and her boyfriend are in a wagon.
