After Daniel Craig’s departure from the franchise, James Bond films should have major changes in the cast
In addition to James Bond/007the world’s most famous spy franchise features other memorable characters, such as M, Q, Gareth Mallory, between others. Winner of Oscar in Best actress for acting in The favorite (2018), Olivia Colman revealed which character she would like to play.
During an interview with Vogue, Colman commented how he always planned to participate in the franchise. “How long have I wanted to be M. I’m not sure who I need to call,” said the 49-year-old artist in the conversation. It’s worth remembering how the character was previously played by Judi Dench.
She was then asked if, in that case, she shouldn’t talk to Barbara Broccoli, producer of the James Bond films: “I know, I met her once. I wanted to say, ‘Can I be M?’ I should try to be more relaxed about this.”
